I am pleased to tell you that our experience with Attencia has been an outstanding one. The many dealings with your staff have been of the highest professional caliber from communication with the case manager to the sensitivity and diligence of the home health aides.
My mom who is elderly and a holocaust survivor has been treated with the utmost care and respect. The aides demonstrated exceptional sensitivity to her religious needs and cultural requirements. It is clear from their behavior that they have received excellent training and you are to be commended for that. The aide has even learned many Jewish and Hungarian recipes while cooking and baking with my mom.

This has allowed her to maintain her dignity and independence, which is so important for a woman of her age who has been through so much. The effect of all this has made my mom feel good about herself, which is so important to her overall well being and mental state.
Thank you so much for your caring that has made such a difference in my mom's quality of life.
My name is Jennifer Sinclair, daughter of your former client Mr. Charles Sinclair. His caregiver is Andrea Mitchell. I had the pleasure of finally meeting Andrea on 12/15/10 when I arrived in New York from Chicago. My purpose was to relocate my father back to Chicago with me.
During the course of her time caring for my father, I spoke to her on several different occasions as to his care and well being. She was my eyes, my ears, my everything as I was so far away. She gave me detailed updates as to his condition, good or bad. My sister that resides in New York made unscheduled visits to see my father and was also pleased to see the excellent job Andrea was doing with him. The house was in good condition, he was neat and properly fed.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to bring this to your attention, as often times good deeds go unnoticed but the negative is always reported. My father has Alzheimer's, and is definitely not the easiest person to satisfy; he can be belligerent and accuses everyone of stealing from him due to his illness; even I have been a victim of his accusations. Andrea has stood by him and remained steadfast and professional throughout the duration of her time with him. Her good deeds, world class service, and professionalism has been spoken of by many, even other residents of the building where my father resided. I highly recommend Andrea to anyone in need of a genuine, caring and professional worker. She is pleasant and gets the job done. She's also an excellent cook, I must add. She's been a blessing to the Sinclair family because of her personal touch and observation of the client. I'm here to take him home with me as he now requires round the clock assistance. Thank you Andrea for services rendered and a job well done.
